Not all Ranch-raised, Grain-finished Beef is created equal. We take pride in making it through Utah's harsh winters (Winter 2022-2023 was a doozy!) to ensure we have the best pastures for our herd. 

We love and care for our animals. We nurture them by being with them every day - rain or shine! 

With over 5 generations of experience in raising the best beef we are, as the kids call it, OG's or the original experts. We've learned over those generations the right way to raise beef to produce the best quality of meat you'll ever taste. Some say it tastes better than chocolate! 

What is Bulk Beef?

Bulk beef is sold in a share. We honor the whole cow by offering bulk beef in four different share sizes: Eighth, Quarter, Half, and Whole. This type of order is perfect for families looking to save money and stock their freezer with delicious, nutrient-dense beef! It's the perfect way to make mealtime easy, convenient, and nutritious! 

Sharing is Caring!

Buying in bulk doesn't have to be a single-family experience! Many of our customers purchase a whole or half beef and split it with their neighbors, friends, or other family members. This is a great option for getting the best price!

What Cuts You Can Expect

No matter the share that you choose you can expect to enjoy the following cuts: 

Highest Quality Premium Steaks

• ~25% of your package will be the best cuts like Ribeye, NY Strip, Filet Mignon, Sirloin, Porterhouse, T-bone, Tomahawk, Denver, Flat Iron, Fajita Meat, and Kabobs.

No BS Ground Beef

• ~35% of your package will be the tastiest Ground Beef you've ever had. Packed in convenient 1lb. packages you'll enjoy in Burgers, Tacos & More!

Savory Cuts

• ~40% of your package will be all the delightful roast and 'specialty' cuts like Tri-tip, Rump, Chuck, Cross Rib, Sirloin, or Shoulder perfect for your family and any party.  Also included is one of the following 'specialty' cuts: Brisket, Flank Steak, Skirt Steak, Short Ribs, OR Stew Meat. 

*Note: Varies by the cow, but this is an indication of some of the types of cuts. We always make sure every single share is as close as possible to the stated weight.
